[ONLINE WORKSHOP] BENEFITS OF RESOLVING COMMERCIAL DISPUTES THROUGH MEDIATION]
Mr. Phan Trong Dat – Acting Director of Vietnam Mediation Centre (VMC), a devision of Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) are participating in the discussion and share about the benefits of mediation, the practice of using mediation and the development of commercial mediation in the near future in Vietnam at the online workshop "Benefits of resolving cemmercial disputes through mediation".
The online workshop is held by National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC) in Combodia and International Finance Cooperation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group hold an online workshop. This workshop intends to focuse on the rise of commercial mediation in emerging markets. This also includes experience sharing from Vietnam, Egypt and Asia.
